HASTOE & ST ALBANS 2020
I am happy to announce that the venues have re-opened and workshops are now up and running with new safety measures are in place according to Government guidelines.
If you are interested in having a go at candle making while indoors then please email me (see Contacts page) for details of our candle making kits (photos on the ‘About’ page).
Join us for a fun and relaxed morning’s workshop in candle making held in cosy village halls in the Hertfordshire countryside. No previous experience is needed – just come along and enjoy learning a new skill.
All our candles are made with soy wax with a range of fragrance oils and dyes to choose from so you can create your own unique candles to take home.
The workshop will involve making a variety of candle styles – a pillar, container and tin candles along with tea lights and wax melts. To help you have a go at home, we’ll send you away with one of our step-by-step guides. We will also discuss the types of wax, wicks, oils and dyes generally available along with the latest label regulations and candle care tips. Christmas workshops from November will have candles with a Christmas theme.
Classes sizes are small – a maximum of 7 – to allow for individual attention. Ages: 16+. Please contact us to discuss private workshops for 1-1, small or large groups.
To book a workshop or to buy a Gift Voucher or kit then please email us via the Contacts page.
What’s included in the price?
All materials are included and fresh coffee, tea, juices, cake and biscuits will be available throughout the morning. There is plenty of parking.
If you can’t find a date that works for you or if a workshop is fully booked, please call and we can arrange an alternative date for you.
